Any ad copy, campaign structures, or strategies developed during the course of our engagement remain the intellectual property of SearchPPC.agency until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client retains the rights to use the campaigns within their own Google Ads account.

5. Limitation of Liability

SearchPPC.agency strives to generate profitable results, but we cannot guarantee specific ROI, lead volumes, or sales. We are not liable for any lost profits, account suspensions, or damages resulting from the use of Google Ads.
