Refund Policy

Management Fees

SearchPPC.agency operates on a strict month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts. Our monthly management fees compensate us for the time, expertise, and manual labor required to strategize, build, and optimize your campaigns.

Because these services involve unrecoverable time and labor, all management fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun and work has commenced.

Cancellations

You may cancel our services at any time. If you wish to cancel, simply notify us before your next monthly billing cycle to ensure you are not charged for the upcoming month. Upon cancellation, you retain full ownership and access to your Google Ads account and all the work completed within it.

Google Ad Spend

Your ad spend budget is billed directly to your own credit card by Google. SearchPPC.agency does not collect or process your ad spend. Any requests for refunds related to ad spend clicks, fraudulent clicks, or account suspensions must be directed to Google Support, as we have no control over Google's billing practices.

Exceptions

If there is an extraordinary circumstance where we fail to deliver the agreed-upon setup or services as outlined in our agreement, we will work with you to provide a fair resolution or partial refund on a case-by-case basis.
